During a quiet moment at her Bat Mitzvah reception yesterday, lovely Suzanna (AKA “ZuZu”) took a moment to reflect on the meaning of this day. The setting was the peaceful garden at Congregation Beth El in Sudbury, MA.

Casey and Joe asked to have their engagement pictures taken in the same garden where their wedding cocktail party would be held 8 months from then. Well, the time flew and here they are, “Just Married!!”

Casey McGovern planned her wedding decor details right down to the last placecard bow and frosting swirl! She showed me a picture of this Martha Stewart inspired cake arrangement months ago, and I finally got to see the real thing (below) last Saturday night – spectacular! Despite the blistering heat and humidity, Beth and David Parker absolutely glowed on their wedding day yesterday. Here they are shortly before they were introduced to 230 people at their reception in Hudson, MA. Check back next week for lots more pictures!

Our recent groom and his groomsmen look perfectly at home in the magnificent Lord Thompson Manor. This Connecticut mansion is one of our favorite wedding venues. A “retro” filter used over the image adds to the “Great Gatsby” feel of the setting.
